Library is the heart of any academic institution. The objective of library is to support the student in achieving their educational goals and instructional needs of the institute. MODC library has over 12,000 books. Library has also subscription of various national and international news papers.

All the latest library services given to users at free of cost. The institute is a member of DELNET providing access to database of books, current periodicals, articles etc. Titles in the library are updated on regular basis, with a system in place for tracking new titles and the sources for procuring them.
